ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Please allow 2-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 to let you
know your order is on the way!
Immediately after drops, shipping might take longer due to the high volume of orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship during these times.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For domestic orders we primarily use USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping everywhere. Shipping charges (excluding import duties/taxes*) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for checking your tracking, including last-mile delivery (your local post office), and reaching out to your local post office if needed. Sometimes items end up held at your local post office, and notices get lost or never get sent, and the easiest thing for you to do is call or visit your local post office with the tracking number before your package gets returned to us as undeliverable. Note Pirateship/Asendia will provide an "AHOY" tracking number as well as a tracking number for your local post office.
It is recommended to provide both phone number and email for international orders, so your local post office can contact you if needed.
*Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) upon arrival in the destination country. Pipipi Symphony is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Payment of any duties or taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and may be required before delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges. Please understand that if your order gets returned to us for nonpayment of customs/duties, we will refund you the cost of your item, but not the cost of shipping.
We offer USPS or PirateShip Simple Export.
