Blue Happy Happy Bell Collar

It's so soft on the inside and has a cute loop on the back for a leash, i think...the inner soft lining does a good job of making it look flush to the neck, kind of like typical moe art where the girls have collars that look pretty tight, but it has ample room so it isnt uncomfortable and you can turn your head comfortably ...i cant wait 2 get another one~ : 3
